By renting a vehicle from CarZone, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is between CarZone (“the Company”) and the person or entity renting the vehicle (“the Renter”).
All drivers must possess a valid driver's license held for at least one year. International visitors must present a valid international driving permit along with their domestic license. The minimum age for renting is 21 years (25 for luxury vehicles).
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit. Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to one day's rental fee.
All rentals include comprehensive insurance. The Renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or unauthorized drivers.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
